To our beloved family & friends,

You have all played a part in our love story thus far and we are so excited to invite you to join us as we embark on the next chapter of our lives together, in one of our favorite places in the world, along the Amalfi Coast.

Central to our story are the adventures we have shared. Together, we have traveled to China, around Europe, to multiple Caribbean Islands, in the US (so Wen can carry Alexa's bags when she travels for conferences), and of course, Disney World! In 2017, Tyler had the chance to travel to Italy. We lived vicariously through him as he shared pictures of the beautiful landscape, the food he was eating, and the wine he was drinking. So it was special to travel to one of his favorite places as a family in 2024 and to include Wen in that trip.

After we got engaged in Disney, it was an easy decision for us to get married in Italy! We knew when we said our vows, we wanted to be surrounded by our favorite people in a place that is loved by us and our families.

On our website, you will find the logistical information you need for a seamless journey to Italy, but we also hope you take the time to look at the pictures and read about our story thus far. Be sure to check back often for updates on travel and other logistics.

We are counting down the days until we say "I Do" (literally, there are countdowns around the house). And we are so grateful for the role each and every one of you have played in our lives. We cannot begin our next chapter together with all of you by our side.

Our love story

December 2023

Wen & Alexa connected via Hinge. Alexa was leaving NYC for vacation for two weeks right after they connected, so their first date was actually on FaceTime! Alexa spent the entire vacation texting Wen and her family was immediately suspicious.

January 2, 2024

Our First Date - while we were connecting virtually for the first two months, Wen shared with Alexa that he never had NYC pizza. We quickly amended that issue by going to John's of Bleecker Street on our first date and of course ended the night with ice cream!

March 3, 2024

Our First Disney Trip - Wen learned a lot about Alexa on this trip, first about her love with the Philadelphia Phillies, that she was a true Disney adult, and that she could eat ice cream multiple times a day. I think during that trip, Wen knew he was committing to a lifetime of Disney trips

April 2024

our first International Trip! We traveled to Grand Cayman for a week for our first trip. This set the foundation for all future trips - Wen would plan and Alexa would enjoy his hard work!“

June 2024

Alexa & Wen moved back to South Jersey close to Alexa's family, so she start her first of two research years in pediatric surgery. This has allowed us to enjoy a life outside the city, spend more time with family and childhood friends, and discover new hobbies and interests.

July 2024

First Trip to Italy! At this point we knew we would be spending the rest of our lives together. We fell more in love during our time in Italy and we knew this is where we wanted to say "I do."

February 2025

Travel to China! Wen lost his amazing father at the end of January 2025. We were able to travel to China together to say our final goodbyes and spend time with family. We miss Wen's dad dearly and will be honoring him along with other loved ones on our special day.

March 8, 2025

She said "YES!" With the background of Cinderella's Castle, Wen got down on one knee to ask Alexa to marry him and of course, she said "YES." Our own fairytale knowing that we get to spend the rest of our lives with each other!
